    Product Description

    Hastelloy plates are suitable for use in a variety of chemical industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium contents make the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and the tungsten element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, C-276 Hastelloy tube is one of only a few materials resistant to moisture chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution. It has high concentration of chloride solution such as ferric chloride and copper chloride. Significant corrosion resistance.
    Application areas
    heat exchangers, bellows compensators, chemical equipment, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, paper industry, aerospace applications, acidic environments.
    Classification
    Hastelloyalloy is mainly divided into three series of B, C and G. It is mainly used in the case of iron-based Cr-Ni or Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel, non-metallic materials and other strong corrosive media.
    Hastelloy grade
    In order to improve the corrosion resistance and cold and hot processing properties of Hastelloy, Hastelloy has undergone three major improvements, and its development process is as follows:
    B series: B→B-2(00Ni70Mo28)→B-3
    C series: C→C-276(00Cr16Mo16W4)→C-4(00Cr16Mo16)→C-22(00Cr22Mo13W3)→C-2000(00Cr20Mo16)
    G series: G→G-3(00Cr22Ni48Mo7Cu)→G-30(00Cr30Ni48Mo7Cu)
    The most widely used are the second generation materials N10665 (B-2), N10276 (C-276), N06022 (C-22), N06455 (C-4) and N06985 (G-3).

    The surface brightness and flatness of no2B is better than no2D. then through a special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties,No2B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.

    No.1

    Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#200, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, used as inner and external ornaments for building, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils etc.

    No.4

    Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than No3, are used as bathtub buildings inner and external ornaments electrical appliances kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.

    HL

    Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#320 on the NO.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as buildings ornaments elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.

    BA

    Cold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed, the product have excellent brightness and good reflexivity like mirror, kitchen apparatus, ornament etc.

    Carbon (C) : 1. Improve the deformation resistance and tensile strength of the blade;2. Enhance hardness and improve wear resistance.
    Cr (Cr) : 1. Enhance hardness, tensile strength and toughness;2. Anti-wear and corrosion.
    Cobalt (CO) : 1. Increase the hardness and strength so that it can withstand high temperature quenching;2. Used to enhance certain individual properties of other elements in more complex alloys.
    Copper (Cu) : 1. Enhance corrosion resistance;2. Enhance wear resistance.
    Manganese (Mn) : 1. Increase the quenchability, wear resistance and tensile strength;2. Removal of oxygen from molten metal by separate oxidation and separate vaporization;3. When added in large quantities, the hardness is enhanced, but the brittleness is improved.
